With this specialized development program we aim to improve the attitudes, knowledge, and behavioral competence of the employees towards successful interaction with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. During the initial phase, participants explore their own culture, enabling them to recognize differences and commonalities between their own behavioral and thought patterns and those of other cultures. Topics covered include culturally influenced perception, biases, stereotypes, cognitive frameworks, value systems, and various layers of culture (visible, invisible, conscious, unconscious, etc.). Through active exercises, role-playing, case studies, and theoretical elements, intercultural training enhances participants’ intercultural competence. It also serves as a form of personal development. 

Conflict Resolution Workshop
